Introduction Incentive Scheme

(USGTF Members only)

Objective:-

To motivate and incentive USGTF members introducing interested parties to attend the Training and Certification Course of Golf Instructors to be hold in China

Qualification:-

Only USGTF certified members with valid annual membership cards are qualified participation the scheme.

Incentive Scheme:-                    

1. Members introduce interested parties to enroll and attend training and certification courses of golf coaches to be hold in China
2. Members have to advise USGTF and register full names and contact information of interested parties “before” the interested parties approach USGTF for registration
3. If the interested parties have already approached or enrolled with USGTF “prior” to receiving members’ advise, the introduction is invalid and not qualified for incentive
4. Interested parties as introduced by members are subject to payment of the published tariff of charges in full
5. The introducing member is entitle to a 15% incentive based on the tariff of charges relevant to the level of training enrolled and deduction of prevailing taxes payable if any
6. Incentives payable to introducing members are subject to completion of the training course and interested parties paid the charges in full
7. If the interested parties request a discount or special offer before confirming enrollment, we will deal with the request case by case and advise introducing members immediately of the arrangements
8. When discount is offered, the amount of discount will be deducted from the incentives payable to the introducing member who will be entitle to payment of the balance if any, but if the amount of discount exceeds the incentive, the introducing members will not be receiving any incentive.

Valid Period:-

The Incentive Scheme will be effective and valid for a period of one year, starting November 1, 2011 and expiring October 31, 2012

Right of Interpretation and Amendment:-

USGTF reserves the discretion and absolute right to interpret the contents of the Scheme; amend and or revise the Scheme, wholly or partially, at any time during the period of validity.

鼓励和奖励USGTF的会员介绍学员参加USGTF在中国举办的教练培训认证课程

参与条件:-

此计划只提供给USGTF的认证会员并持有有效年度会员卡的会员参与

奖励计划:-

1．        会员介绍学员报名参加USGTF在中国举办的教练培训认证课程

2．        会员须在学员报名前通知USGTF并提供学员名字和联系资料

3．        如果学员在会员通知前已经与USGTF联系和报名，会员的通知将被视为无效介绍

4．        会员介绍的学员须按标准收费支付培训认证费用

5．        会员将享受15%的奖金，按学员参与培训等级的收费和扣除税金后计算

6．        会员享有的奖金将于课程结束和学员付清费用后立刻结算

7．        如果学员要求费用优惠，我们将视个别情况考虑决定并立刻通知会员有关安排

8．        当给与学员优惠后，优惠的金额将从会员的介绍奖金扣除，

会员将只取得余额。如果优惠金额超越介绍奖金，会员将提供无偿介绍服务

计划有效期:-

奖金计划有效期为期一年，由2011年11月1日开始，至2012年10月31日结束

解析和修改权:-

USGTF将单方面拥有绝对和不可异议对计划内容的解析权，在有效期内任何时间对内容的全部或局部的修改权
